Big news for residents and future buyers — Costco has officially confirmed plans to open a brand-new superstore in Alkimos, bringing everyday essentials, bulk savings and discount fuel just five minutes from East of the Beach.
Anchoring the upcoming Home X Trade Hub at Alkimos Central, the new Costco will sit within a 24-hectare large-format retail precinct designed for big-name retailers and easy shopper access. Conveniently located right next to Alkimos Station, it’s set to become a go-to destination for both drivers and commuters.
The store will feature Costco’s full suite of products and services, from bulk groceries and household goods to discount fuel, pet insurance, travel insurance and more — all under one roof.
This exciting development follows plans for another nearby project that will deliver a supermarket, medical centre and childcare facilities as part of a $33 million retail and services precinct due for completion in 2027.
