Yanchep to Perth train line now open

The community officially celebrated the opening of the new Yanchep Rail Extension over the weekend!

From today, Monday 15 July, the extension is officially open for passenger services. You can catch the train, to and from, the new Alkimos, Eglinton and Yanchep stations into Perth.

East of the Beach is conveniently located within 2km of both Eglinton Station and Alkimos Station.

Have you seen the stunning public art adorning Alkimos Station?

Collectively, the artworks incorporate aspects of the landscape and culture of Alkimos, including the Melaleuca Paperbark tree, the connection between land and water, and the story of the rainbow serpent. 🐍🌊
